No Refunds on Scheduled Services
Once a client has booked and paid for a session, no refunds will be granted.
This applies to all services scheduled with Gina, regardless of whether the session is conducted by phone or via a virtual meeting.
The time and date reserved are held exclusively for you, ensuring that Gina is fully prepared for your session.
Completed Sessions
All services are considered final once they have been delivered at the agreed-upon time and price. No refunds will be processed for completed readings or coaching sessions.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please notify us as soon as possible. While refunds cannot be issued, we may, at our discretion, work with you to reschedule depending on availability.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases—such as technical issues on our end or scheduling errors initiated by Divine Psychic—we will work with you to reschedule your session at no additional cost.
